REFUND POLICY

At LEXORD Fitness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our refund policy below to understand your rights and how we can help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

Unused, unassembled, and in the original condition and packaging.

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Items that have been used, damaged, or assembled.

Customized or special-order equipment.

Personal items such as yoga mats, resistance bands, or apparel that has been worn or opened.

Discounted or clearance items marked final sale.
3. Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund request:

Email us at lexordfitness@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Include photographs and a description of the issue.

We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If rejected, the item will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Double-check your bank or mobile money account.

Contact your payment provider—it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within the eligible timeframe.
