1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • All regions within Ghana

  • Selected international destinations (Please contact us to confirm availability before placing an international order)

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Custom or out-of-stock items may require additional processing time. We will contact you directly if there are any delays.

3. Shipping Timeframes

Domestic (Ghana):

  • Accra & Greater Accra Region: 1–3 business days

  • Other regions: 3–7 business days

International:

  • West Africa: 5–10 business days

  • Other regions: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or customs inspections.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Domestic shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free delivery may be offered on qualifying orders within Accra or nationwide promotions.

  • International shipping fees are calculated based on destination, weight, and courier rates. Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with reputable local and international couriers to ensure safe delivery of your items. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable).

6. Failed Deliveries and Reattempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient:

  • Our courier will attempt redelivery or contact you directly.

  • Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery requests.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, photos of the package/item, and a description of the issue.

  • We will investigate and either send a replacement or offer a refund as appropriate.
